Our salon is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice, they prevent another client from booking an appointment. This is why we have a no-show policy. If you fail to attend for your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% fee of the services booked towards your next appointment. This is non-refundable. Any extra services added on the day will be chargeable.
On attending your appointment, your booking fee will be deducted from your final bill.
To help you to remember your appointments with us our booking system will send you a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment.
